So, what are the carry on size limits for some of the major airlines? Well, American Airlines has a pretty standard limit of 22 x 14 x 9 inches, while Delta allows bags up to 22 x 14 x 10 inches. But United is a bit more strict, with a limit of 22 x 14 x 8 inches - so if you're flying with them, make sure your bag is nice and compact! The carry on size limits can vary depending on the airline, so it's always a good idea to check their website before you fly.
Now, I know what you're thinking: what about all the extra stuff I need to bring, like my laptop and my coat? Well, most airlines allow you to bring one personal item in addition to your carry on bag, like a purse or a briefcase. And if you're really struggling to fit everything in, you might consider wearing your bulkiest items on the plane, like your coat and your boots - just don't try to wear a full-length gown or anything, that's just too much! Using a packing cube can also help you stay organized and fit more in your bag.
