Look, a microwave is a simple appliance. It doesn’t care about your politics or your messy hair. It just wants to heat up your chili. On Black Friday, you will find amazing deals. You will find microwaves that are too big for your counter and ones that are too small for a bag of popcorn.
Don’t stress. Buy the one that makes you laugh. Buy the one that has a button you’ll never press. Buy it because you deserve a hot meal without a side of anxiety. You’ll probably drop it on the way to the car, but that’s a story for another day.
So go on. Join the chaos. Grab that microwave. And when you get home, make yourself a cup of noodles. You’ve earned it. And remember: the stain on the old one was never going to come out anyway.
