First things first, you'll want to make sure you're aware of Delta's size and weight restrictions for checked bags. Don't worry, it's not as complicated as it sounds! Just remember that your ski boot bag should be no larger than 28" x 22" x 14" and weigh no more than 50 pounds.
Now, I know what you're thinking: what if my bag is a little bigger or heavier? Fear not, friend! Delta offers some great options for handling oversized or overweight bags, including special checked bag fees and waivers.
But here's the thing: planning ahead is key. Take some time to review Delta's policy and make sure you're all set before you head to the airport. Your future self (and your ski boots) will thank you!
