Great question! The policy mainly applies to bags, not your person. You can still bring a camera around your neck, a fanny pack, or even a small clear plastic bag for snacks (like Ziplocs—they are gold!).

You can also bring a diaper bag or a medical bag, which are exceptions. So if you’re traveling with little ones or have special needs, you are fully covered without the clear bag requirement. Disney thinks of everything, honestly.
And yes, you can still wear your favorite non-clear jacket or cargo shorts with pockets. The policy is about bags, not clothing. So feel free to load up those pockets with emergency granola bars.
