Even the best sticker looks terrible if applied poorly. Surface preparation is everything. Start by cleaning the area with isopropyl alcohol. Remove all wax, grease, and dirt. Work in a warm environment. Cold vinyl does not stick well.
Use the wet application method for large decals. Mix a few drops of dish soap with water in a spray bottle. Spray the surface and the sticker backing. This allows you to slide the sticker into position before it bonds. Squeegee out the water from the center outward. Let it dry for 24 hours before washing the car.
