Sometimes the card won’t add. Don’t scream. Check that your PayPal card is active and not dusty from neglect. Also, make sure your iPhone is updated. If you’re running iOS 12, you’re basically using a dinosaur. Upgrade to at least iOS 15 or newer.
Another glitch: the camera can’t read the card number if the plastic is scratched. If that happens, just type it manually. Your thumbs deserve a little workout.
What If I Want to Remove It Later?
Easy. Go to Wallet, tap the card, scroll down, and hit “Remove Card.” It vanishes faster than your motivation on a Monday morning. No tears needed.
But wait—removing it from Wallet doesn’t delete your PayPal account. It just breaks the dance partner connection. Your money is still safe, sitting in PayPal’s cloud with Payson the blob.
