Aryna Sabalenka was born on May 5, 1998. That makes her 26 years old as of 2026. Isn’t it wild to think she’s already achieved so much while still being in her mid-twenties?
For context, she’s actually a full decade younger than Serena Williams. That means we have so many more years of her explosive power and fierce grunts to look forward to!
Where Does She Come From?
She hails from Minsk, Belarus, and picked up a tennis racket at the age of six. Can you imagine being that young and already swinging for the fences?
Her father, a former hockey player, was the one who pushed her toward sports. He famously told her she didn’t have to be a tennis player—but whatever she did, she had to be the best in the world. Talk about a motivating dad!
