If you’ve done all this and still have an ant rave in your bathroom, it’s time to investigate. You might have a moisture issue—wet wood, a leaky pipe, or a forgotten sponge. Ants love a good humidity spa.
Fix leaks, throw out old sponges, and check your houseplants. Don’t water the plants if the soil is still wet, because soggy dirt is basically an ant resort. And if you have a cat, clean their food bowl twice a day—ants love kibble crumbs like we love pizza after midnight.
One more thing: do not use anti-ant sprays if you have a nest inside the walls. That just scares them deeper, and they’ll come back with a vengeance. Instead, let the bait work its magic.
