This is my personal favorite. Create a warm zone. Get a heating pad for your feet. They sell them cheap. Put it on your chair or at the end of your bed. It’s a targeted strike against the cold.
Or, if you’re old-school, a hot water bottle. Not too hot! Wrap it in a towel. Trust me, you don’t want a burn on your instep. That’s a whole different kind of problem.

Fancy a rice sock? Take an old sock, fill it with dry rice, and microwave it for a minute. It molds to your feet perfectly. And it smells like dinner. A weird plus, but a plus.
