How to check it without the panic
If you’re nervous about seeing a low score, do this instead: open the app and go to “Your Trips” from the menu. Tap on a recent ride—any ride—and scroll down to the feedback section. Drivers often leave little notes like “Friendly” or “Quiet.”
These notes are way more telling than the number. One time I saw a driver wrote “Smelled good.” I’ve been chasing that high ever since.
Pro tip: you can improve your rating by tipping, being on time, and not slamming the door. Oh, and please don’t eat a greasy burrito in the backseat. I know it’s tempting, but your rating will taste the consequences.
