Here’s the secret sauce: caring about Rylan’s radio status is a gateway to being present. It forces you to actually check the schedule, listen to the show, and maybe learn something unexpected. Did you know he interviewed a dog once? A literal dog. That’s the content you need in your life.
It also gives you a brilliant conversation starter. At your next dinner party (or awkward lift ride), you can drop: “You know, Rylan is still crushing it on Radio 2!” People will either laugh or suddenly want to talk about their own favorite radio moments. Either way, you win.

Your action plan (yes, really)
So, what do you do with this knowledge? First, set a reminder for Saturday afternoon. Tune in. Let his energy wash over you like a warm, glittery wave. Second, embrace the ethos: if Rylan can stay rooted in his gig while being utterly himself, you can too. Your job, your hobbies, your weird hobby of collecting bottle caps—own it.
And finally, don’t stop asking the big questions. “Is Rylan still on Radio 2?” is just the start. What about the state of your mid-week playlist? Or whether that local bakery still makes the perfect croissant? Curiosity is the engine of fun. Keep clicking, keep tuning in, keep wondering.
