Take Leonardo, for example - named after the famous painter and inventor Leonardo da Vinci. It's no coincidence that this Turtle is also a master of strategy and innovation. And then there's Donatello, named after the renowned sculptor Donato di Niccolò di Betto Bardi - it's only fitting that this Turtle is a whiz with machines and gadgets.
But what about Raphael and Michelangelo? These two Turtles are named after the famous Italian artists Raphael Sanzio and Michelangelo Buonarroti, respectively.
