One of the standout things about Slender The Eight Pages is the weird surprises that'll keep you on your toes. You'll be walking along, thinking you're safe, and then suddenly the monster will appear, and you'll have to run for your life. It's such a rush, and it makes the game so much fun.
The challenges in the game are also really cool, like trying to find all the pages without getting caught. It's not easy, but it's so rewarding when you finally do it. And the little details, like the sound of your footsteps or the creaking of trees, really make the game feel immersive.
