The core loop is all about exploration and strategy, as you need to figure out the best route to take and when to make your moves. It's ridiculously satisfying to finally find that one item you need or sneak past Granny undetected.
The first thing you'll notice is how creepy the atmosphere is - the sound effects, the visuals, everything comes together to make you feel like you're really sneaking around in some creepy old house. And then, just when you think you're safe, Granny will pop out of nowhere and chase you, which is always a weird surprise! The challenges get progressively harder as you progress, but that's what makes it so addictive.
