Okay, let’s talk price because everyone whispers about it. Willows is not the place for a $50 check-up. You’re paying for a team that includes board-certified specialists, 24/7 intensive care, and an imaging suite that NASA would envy. One friend joked that her dog’s hip replacement cost more than her first car—and she wasn’t far off.
But here’s the trade-off: when your pet’s life is on the line, a Toyota Camry starts to feel like a fair sacrifice. The transparency on costs is actually refreshing—they’ll give you a detailed estimate before you even blink. No surprise bills, just a slow, sinking realization that you’re about to finance Fido’s bionic leg.

The Team That Actually Cares (No, Really)
You’d expect a place like this to be cold and robotic, right? I met a nurse there who remembered my dog’s allergy to a specific brand of bandage—from a visit two years ago. Two. Years. I can’t even remember where I parked my car this morning.
The vets speak to you like an adult, too. They’ll say “median survival time” and “surgical approach” without dumbing it down, but then they’ll also crouch down and scratch your dog’s ears. It’s that rare mix of intelligence and empathy that makes you feel like you’re not just a wallet with paws attached.
