Their instructions are… written by engineers. “Align the O-ring with the gasket notch” is real text. I had to Google what an O-ring was. Turns out it’s just a rubber donut.
Also, if you have hard water? Your system will clog faster than a teenager’s sink. Ecopure doesn’t exactly scream “you need a pre-filter!” in the manual.
And here’s a spicy opinion: their customer service is great if you call during business hours. Try them on a Sunday? Good luck. You’re on your own, water warrior.
