What About the People?
Here’s the ironic part: the Iranian people are incredibly warm and hospitable. They will invite you for tea, feed you until you can’t walk, and show you the most beautiful sights. It’s the government you have to worry about.
So you’re basically going to a place where the locals are lovely angels and the authorities are like grumpy game wardens. It’s a weird, beautiful, and risky combo.
